Located within the natural environs of the Sutherland Shire and surrounded by beaches, rivers and national parks, the Southern Sydney Allergy Resource Centre is ideally located to facilitate holistic healing of a range of irritants encountered in both our foods and environment. The centre prides itself on assisting people raise their tolerances to irritants, so they may improve their life quality. By assessing the individual’s unique muscle response to potential reactants, a realistic and manageable program is developed in consultation with the client to support and encourage overall wellbeing.

Age, gender and cultural differences are equally catered for with the program also being adaptable enough to include the family pet. It is a completely non-invasive process, integrating the philosophies of nutrition, traditional chinese medicine, acupressure and acupuncture, kinesiology  and Western Herbal Medicine.

At the centre we assess the overall health of the person using time honoured, holistic techniques and outline a personalised action plan that will support the body on its pathway to improved health.

Currently, the conventional medical treatments available for allergies consist of total avoidance, restrictive elimination diets, antihistamine medication, steroidal drugs or desensitization injections, which may require monthly treatments for 12 months.
